The KingfisherCountry Clubis situated on the edge of the Black Country, with easy access to the Midlands Motorway Network. It was built in the 1930 when it was known as the Kingfisher Lido, where it housed the only Olympic sized swimming pool outside of London. It is now as one of the best entertainment venues in the country. But it is also a superb venue for all types of private function. REMEMBER, yournot just picking a venue when you choose the Kingfisher Country Club, you choosing to be a part of local history.
In 1992, Klassics Leisure was added comprising of two gym suites, pool, spa, Sauna, Steam Room and Solarium. Trained staff are always at hand to give advice. Different types of membership available to suit you lifestyle and pocket.
The Kingfisher Hotel was built in 1989 and extended in 2005. In June 2011, the actual hotelis now runby a small hotel chain. It ishas noassociation with THE KINGFISHER COUNTRY CLUB or KLASSICS HEALTH & LEISURE.
